Services
Start with a conversation.
Every engagement starts small and earns the next step. Each step has a fixed scope and fee, agreed before we start and sized to your needs, from a founder preparing to launch to an established brand.
-
Imaginary Customer Call
25 minutes, no obligation- What happens
- A conversation, not a pitch. We ask the questions, about your brand, your customers and how the company runs. No preparation needed.
- What you get
- Within 48 hours, a short note with an outside view of where your brand, customers and organization stand, and 2 or 3 next steps.
- Who it suits
- Any founder or CEO who suspects the effort isn't paying off.
-
Trifecta Audit
Where you stand today- What happens
- For start-ups and scale-ups, a discovery with the founder. For larger companies, a discovery with the founder or CEO, plus interviews with the leadership team. We map how you see your brand, your customers and your business, then test it against the outside.
- What you get
- A clear read of where you stand and where you want to be, with the first ideas to test.
- How long
- Typically 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size of the company and the number of interviews.
- Who it suits
- Founders before a funding round, a relaunch or a new market. Leadership teams whose plans keep pulling in different directions.
-
Trifecta Blueprint
Your positioning, built to last- What happens
- Market and customer research, then the brand and the customer written as 2 portraits. The promise is where they meet.
- What you get
- Your brand manifesto, your customer manifesto, and the constitution that defines your promise and ties everything together, including the organization. Your guiding light: it stays fixed while style changes with the times.
- How long
- Typically 4 to 6 weeks.
- Who it suits
- Brands that need one clear position before they spend on design, product or media.
Current Customer Analysis. Who your customers really are, read from your own sales and customer data. Part of the Blueprint when there is enough data to work with, and also available on its own.
-
Trifecta Strategy
Your long-term operating strategy- What happens
- We work backwards from where you want to be: over what horizon, what the plan is, and what it means for each area of the business. Then we go back and forth with you and your key people until every plan is locked in.
- What you get
- One plan, one forecast and one roadmap, with the blockers named up front.
- How long
- Typically 2 to 4 weeks for start-ups and smaller scale-ups, 4 to 6 weeks for larger companies.
- Who it suits
- Companies ready to commit to a direction and see what it means for every part of the business.
-
Trifecta Build
The promise, taken to the whole company- What happens
- The promise and the plan go to the whole company in a roadshow. Then, with the people who own each touchpoint, we map every priority customer's journey, turn the gaps into a roadmap and write the guidelines each team works from, the brand book among them. We also set who's accountable and how progress gets measured.
- What you get
- A roadmap, guidelines for every team, and a company that knows what the promise asks of it.
- How long
- Typically 9 to 24 months, depending on the size of the company.
- Who it suits
- Companies that want help making it happen, inside the business, until their own people can run it.
-
Trifecta Check-up
On a regular cadence- What happens
- A refresh of the market and customer research, a close look at how far the transformation has come, and time to think ahead.
- What you get
- A clear answer to 2 questions: are we on track with the path we set, and where do we go next? Over time, you start seeing what is coming instead of chasing it.
- Who it suits
- Every client, as often as suits them. Once a year is a good rhythm.
How we work with you
Every step is sized to the company. A start-up, a scale-up and an established brand need different things, so the shape of the work changes with you.
The first steps are always a project with a fixed scope, unless you need someone interim from day one. From there, the work can continue as a project, fractional (someone senior on your team 1 to 3 days a week), interim, or a mix of the three.
How we keep it simple
Fixed scope
Every step has a scope and fee agreed before we start. When budgets are tight, we change the scope, not the quality.
The Audit counts
The Audit fee is credited in full against the Blueprint if you go ahead within 30 days.
Start with what you have
The answer is rarely something new to buy. More often it's a better use of the people, products and tools you already have. At the start, it's about changing mindset more than changing tools.
Not sure where to start?
